CENTIPEDES in my apartment help?

I have recently moved into a new apartment in Boston and have found four centipedes in my room. Last night, as I was falling asleep, one was on my arm in my bed. I cant sleep! If anyone has had this problem before what worked best to get rid of them?? I have already had an exterminator come.
Please help me!
