2. The test is hard?
3. I meet a guy which can sale me the chemicals… can I apply without license?

To take the test for a applicator license you must contact the department of Agriculture. You will then be able to get some study materials from them and find out when the tests will take place.

As far as how hard the test is, if you study the test will not be hard.

As far is applying chemicals without a license, it is illegal. The guy you have met that can sell you chemicals would be breaking the law if he sold them to you without a license.
