Craigslist ? Legal advice needed?

I reside in an area that has a severe bed bug pest control issue. This issue is widespread throughout a 20 mile radius of where I live. Many apartment complexes in my area are infested with bed bugs. Without naming any particular complex, is it legal for me as a consumer to warn other potential incoming residents that bed bugs are widespread in our area? That for there own health and well being, it would be in their best interest to go to a website like ApartmentRatings.com to read reviews that are posted there by residents? By posting a consumer warning on Craigslist ( without naming any one complex personally) does this open me up to any legal liability? Am I doing anything that can be construed as wrong?

Depending on where you put your warning on Craigslist. You might not be able to post a ‘warning’ in the section reserved only for classified ads, because it isn’t one, but you might be able to under the ‘discussion forums’ section.

Read the Craigslist ToS (Terms of Service) carefully.
