RuneScape Range from 65 – 70, Best monster to train on?

Ok, obviously the answer is Pest Control, or something weird. I’m talking F2P now, because I lost my membership yesterday and don’t intend to get it back until the summer. Now… I have to wear the crappy green dragonhide and a maple shortbow, but have 10k mithril arrows, which i believe is more than enough to get to level 70. Lesser demons take too long, and Moss Giants are always crowded (except wilderness). Name a monster that is good to train on for ranged experience that is not located in the wilderness, has good drops, and the location relative tl the bank I don’t consider. Ok, after reading 2 answers, I’m not a noob. Hill Giants are a bit low leveled, and iron armor isn’t going to help my money supply (6M). Anything other than level 28 Hill Giants?

If you have level 43 prayer, there’s always the Black Knights’ Fortress. The altar in there allows you to use protection prayers for as long as you need. Drops include iron and steel items, small groups of mithril arrows, and all of the gems.
